Payment is held in Nody escrow and released upon your confirmation of completed work.
Terms & Conditions
Work will be performed strictly as described in the Scope of Work above. Any material deviation must be routed through Nody mediation before work proceeds.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start incur a 15% cancellation fee. Nody holds payment in escrow until the client marks the job complete, or 48 hours after the technician marks completion — whichever comes first.
All workmanship carries a 30-day warranty. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed through to the client. Disputes are resolved via Nody's mediation process.
